I grew up in Grand Junction and I am a Native Coloradan. I left Grand Junction in 1983 to serve my country in the United States Air Force. I spent over 20 years in the Air Force traveling all around the world. I lived in Maryland for over 20 years and retired there from the military. I returned to Colorado in 2011 to be closer to my parents and family.
Upon returning to Colorado I wanted to find a career where I could help people. I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. I attended the massage program at IntelliTec College and furthered my education through The Giving Touch Massage School. During my schooling I was drawn to the therapeutic aspect of massage and its application to the natural healing process.
I continued my education by becoming certified in Medical Massage. Medical massage is a therapeutic massage that can be prescribed by a physician. It is any massage performed with a desired clinical outcome. It provides the client with an individualized evaluation, specialized tests, rehabilitative exercises and stretches as well as hydrotherapy.
I offer a variety of other treatments such as Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and hot stone massage. I provide safe, appropriate and effective techniques designed specifically for each client’s individual needs.
In order to provide you with the best experience, I will provide safe, appropriate and effective techniques. I have extensive training in medical massage techniques and disciplines that allow me to develop a comprehensive health plan designed specifically for each client’s individual needs.

Himalayan Hot Stone
90 Minutes – $100
Hot stone massage is the application of hot stones directly to the body. To relax muscles, allowing the therapist access to the deeper muscle layers. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

The primary goal is to relax the entire body. Therapeutic Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. It is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
