I provide safe, appropriate and effective techniques designed specifically for each client’s individual needs. I continued my education by becoming certified in Medical Massage. Medical massage is a therapeutic massage that can be prescribed by a physician.

As a board certified integrative therapist, advanced trained craniosacral and somatic practitioner since since 2001, I offer individuals, families and professionals care by utilizing a diverse range of integrative modalities and opportunities to regain health.

I use a variety of massage techniques: deep tissue, Swedish, Far East, athletic, spa – to achieve a better balance for you.
